Overview
The Department of Child Health Nursing at College of Nursing, Nirmala Medical Centre is dedicated to the art and science of providing specialized nursing care to children from birth through adolescence. Our focus is on promoting physical growth, mental, emotional, and psycho-social development while ensuring high-quality care. The department actively engages in training students to recognize normal growth patterns, identify deviations, and contribute to research in child health nursing. We equip our nursing students with in-depth knowledge, clinical skills, and a compassionate approach, preparing them to function effectively as neonatal and pediatric nurses in diverse healthcare settings.
Objectives
