Admissions for NRI Candidates
The College of Nursing, Nirmala
Medical Centre welcomes applications from Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
candidates for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing program. Our
institution provides an excellent learning environment, state-of-the-art
facilities, and clinical training to shape aspiring nursing professionals.
Eligibility Criteria for NRI
Candidates
- Candidates must have completed 10+2
(Higher Secondary) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology,
and English as compulsory subjects.
- Minimum aggregate marks: 45%
(40% for reserved categories).
- The candidate must be a child/ward
of an NRI sponsor (parent, legal guardian, or close relative).
- Proof of NRI status of the
sponsor (passport copy, visa details, or embassy certificate) must be
submitted.
Documents Required
- Completed application form (available online or at the
admission office).
- 10th & 12th standard mark
sheets (or equivalent
certificates).
- Transfer Certificate (TC) &
Conduct Certificate from the
last attended institution.
- Migration Certificate (if applicable).
- Passport & Visa copy of the NRI
sponsor.
- Sponsor’s Affidavit (notarized declaration of
financial support).
- Relationship Proof between the applicant and the
sponsor.
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Recent passport-size photographs (as per admission guidelines).
Admission Procedure
- Application Submission:
- Fill out the NRI application form
and submit it with the required documents.
- Pay the prescribed application
fee.
- Screening & Verification:
- The admission committee will
verify eligibility and documents.
- Selection & Counseling:
- Shortlisted candidates will be
informed about counseling sessions.
- Fee Payment & Enrollment:
- Selected candidates must pay the NRI
tuition fee as per institutional norms.
- Enrollment will be confirmed upon
successful fee payment and document verification.
